The condos you are considering are located near the corner of Collier and San Marco Drive, just across from the Resident's Beach on beautiful Marco Island. Marco Island is an incorporated city with its own police, fire and emergency services. It has an official population of about 22,000.
Marco Island is located on the west coast of Florida just 15 min. south of Naples. There you will find plenty of excellent shops, restaurants, supermarkets, filling stations, pharmacies, and medical facilities right on the Island. Visitors from Fort Wayne are pleasantly surprised to find that the costs of items in stores are at or below costs for the same item in Fort Wayne. The lifestyle on Marco is quiet and laid back. The Residents Beach includes picnic tables and grills, palm covered "chickies" and miles of beautiful white sand.
