I believe in treating seller clients fairly. I don't think it is fair to charge the same commission regardless of how the home is sold, so I have developed a simple 2%, 4%, 5% plan for sales commission rates that I will put it in writing if you list your property with me.
Here's how it works:
You pay only 2% if YOU provide the buyer and there is no other real estate agent involved.
You pay only 4% if I provide the buyer and there is no other real estate agent involved.
You pay only 5% if another licensed real estate agent provides the buyer.
It doesn’t cost any more to hire the best agent than
it does to hire an agent with little or no experience!
